I'm Ashwini and I work in the Learning and Development space with Accenture Solutions Pvt Ltd.

At a personal level i was going through a mid-life crises wrt to my career. I had this feeling of emptiness and not knowing how to tap into my potential in terms work. I felt stuck and that's when I found my Coach Sumita. She truly can help someone find way and make quick progress! Today hardly 4 months since I began my journey with Sumita and I have so much clarity; I feel extremely empowered to take things in my stride. Already in our first session Sumita helped me identify two limiting beliefs I was not aware of. These were keeping me back from achieving my business goals. The identification empowered me greatly to pursue the steps I wanted to take, but had not taken. The result? Twice as much clients within a month!

Dear Madam, I wish to express my gratitude towards your initiative to organize this training session on “Project Management” facilitated by Sumita Ummat. I consider myself fortunate enough in a way that I have been given such opportunity to partake in said training within a short span of time of my joining in Projects department.
